Ingredients
  1. 6 firm bartlett pears
  2. ½ cup butter
  3. 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  4. 1 ½ cups cream
  5. ⅓ cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Peel the pears, remove the cores and stems.
  2. Cut in halves or quarters.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan
  4. Saute the pears in the butter, until tender
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to saucepan
  6. Heat to simmer, but don't boil.
  7. Serve hot
Notes
  1. Can be served with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
